From August 1, 2020, the original packaging material containing the previous red color surcharge request is now replaced by a 100% degradable green packaging material of plant origin.
If the driver of the vehicle is parked without a parking ticket, season ticket or disability card, or with an improperly placed ticket or season ticket, she commits an irregularity and is obliged to pay an hourly waiting fee and a surcharge in case
of waiting.
It is a violation to park without a parking ticket, pass or disabled parking permit or with an improperly validated or displayed ticket, pass or disabled parking permit, and the driver of the vehicle must pay a one-hour parking fee for each violation
as well as a fine.
The amounts of the fines are stipulated in Act I of 1988 on Road Traffic (Section 15/C Subsection (2)):
“The amount of the fine is the parking fee for the pay parking period on the given day and an additional two hours of parking if the fine is paid within 15 days of the day it is charged and forty times the one-hour parking fee if payment is made
after 15 days. When applying this paragraph, the initiation of the payment transaction is also considered to be payment. The penalty charge notice must be put on the vehicle’s windscreen-wiper or in some other readily visible place on the vehicle.”

Exchange of passes: 2.420 HUF
Image or video recording presentation fee (more than 30 days after the surcharge is paid): 1.650 HUF
Costs: During the complaint handling procedure, we charge 1.308 HUF postage and 349 HUF BM traffic data retrieval fee if the complaint is related to the parking surcharge payment request, and in this
case only if the parking surcharge payment request has been issued in accordance with the law.
The fees include VAT!
